For the early birds…

The Royal Torbay Yacht Club is kick starting this year’s festive markets with their Artisan Makers’ Christmas Fair on Saturday 2nd November.

Open between 10am until 4pm, it will be the perfect opportunity to browse my collections and perhaps even talk about a special Christmas commission?

As well as the local artisan makers exhibiting the RTYC will be serving light lunches and afternoon tea and cakes. Visitors can also enjoy the wonderful panoramic views across the bay whilst shopping so, all in all, there will definitely be something for everyone!

Combeinteignhead Artisan Market- my favourite festive event!

As one of the co-founders and the main organiser it has to be!

Taking place this year on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th November and open between 10am and 4pm.

Known as ‘the home of handcrafted’, this year’s event is absolutely bursting with the very best of our small, local and independent businesses. Filling the main hall, we have been able to select 24 talented makers and artists to tempt and delight. Many are excited to be joining us for the first time but don’t worry, we will still have lots of your favourites and regulars too.

Gift Vouchers will also be available to buy for my jewellery and popular workshop experiences. Both make perfect gifts.

Our hosts, the Village Hall Committee will once again be serving delicious light lunches, snacks, cakes and mulled wine to ensure a festive atmosphere.

I’m really pleased to have been selected again to the much acclaimed Wonderworks Contemporary Craft Fair.

It’s a truly wonderful event showcasing the very best of contemporary craft in the South West. Wonderworks takes place in the Jubilee Hall, Chagford over the weekend of saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December 2024.

At Wonderworks you’re able to meet the makers and learn intriguing details about our craft first hand. You’ll not only find unique yet affordable Christmas presents, you’ll also be shopping locally and supporting artisan talent.

The Wonderworks charity raffle also gives you the chance to win a piece of art or craft donated by the exhibitors with all money raised given this year to St Petrock’s in Exeter.

With the fabulous Wild Dartmoor Kitchen providing a delicious cafe throughout the weekend, it definitely makes a great day out.
