Shipwreck Ring- ochre
Here is another 'one off' shipwreck inspired ring holding a gorgeous rich ochre coloured glass cabochon. Bringing together the imaginations of myself and glass maker Josephine Wadman, the rings co ordinate perfectly with the colours of the tiny beads used in my Shipwreck necklaces and earrings.
Hand forged from recycled silver, every one is totally unique due to the ‘one off’ commissioned cabochon and the application of texture and patination to suggest that that it has spent years laying half buried on the sea bed. Rediscovered (at least in my imagination!) the ring can now be appreciated and worn in all its eroded beauty.
Approximate UK Size R/S, although this is only an approximate sizing as there is extra room due to the shape of the shank (see picture).
